18+ Age Restriction & Verification

At the point of registration, all applicants are required to confirm that they are aged 18 or above. crickez reserves the right to request identity documentation — including a government-issued National ID card, passport, or birth certificate — to verify a member's age at any time, including before processing a first withdrawal. Where an account is found to belong to a minor, crickez will immediately suspend the account, void any active balances, and return any deposited funds to the original payment source.

Deposit & Wager Limits

One of the most effective tools for staying in control of your gaming spend is setting a deposit limit. crickez allows members to define exactly how much money they are willing to deposit over a given time period, directly from their account settings panel.

Deposit limits operate across three timeframes. You may set one or more simultaneously to create a layered spending boundary that suits your personal budget.

Daily Deposit Limit
Cap the total amount you can deposit within any single 24-hour period. Takes effect immediately upon saving. Reducing a daily limit applies instantly; increasing it requires a 24-hour cooling period before it takes effect.
Weekly Deposit Limit
Set a maximum deposit total for any rolling 7-day window. Useful for players who prefer to budget on a weekly basis — for example, managing spending around BPL or T20 cricket betting seasons.
Monthly Deposit Limit
Define a hard ceiling on deposits across a 30-day rolling period. Recommended for players who want the broadest possible spending boundary. Reductions apply immediately; increases take 30 days to activate.
Wager (Loss) Limit
In addition to deposit limits, crickez allows members to set a maximum loss limit per session, per day, or per week. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is suspended until the period resets.
Limit reduction vs. limit increase: Reductions to your deposit or wager limits take effect immediately to protect you as quickly as possible. Requests to increase an existing limit will only be processed after a mandatory review period (24 hours for daily limits, 7 days for weekly limits, 30 days for monthly limits). This cooling period is intentional — it ensures that any decision to raise limits is considered and deliberate, not impulsive.

Time-Out & Cool-Off Periods

Sometimes you may want to step away from the Platform for a defined period — perhaps after a losing streak, during a busy period at work or Eid festivities, or simply because you feel you need a break. crickez's time-out feature allows you to temporarily close access to your account for a chosen duration without permanently closing it.

24-Hour Time-Out
Lock your account for a full 24 hours. Access resumes automatically the following day. Ideal for taking a short, deliberate pause after an extended gaming session.
7-Day Cool-Off
Suspend access for one week. During this period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place any wagers. Pending withdrawals already approved will continue to process normally.
30-Day Break
Take a full month away from the Platform. Marketing emails are automatically suppressed during a 30-day break. You may still contact support for account-related queries during this period.
Custom Duration
Choose any cooling period between 1 day and 6 weeks. Custom durations can be requested by emailing safety@crickez with the subject line "Time-Out Request".

Time-out periods cannot be shortened once activated. If you attempt to log in during a time-out, you will be shown a reminder of your chosen break period and the date your access will resume. This friction is intentional — it supports the commitment you made to yourself when you set the time-out.

During any active time-out, crickez will not send you promotional emails, bonus notifications, or re-engagement messages. Your communication preferences are automatically paused for the duration of the break.

Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is the strongest protective measure available on crickez. When you self-exclude, your account is permanently closed and you are barred from re-registering for the minimum exclusion period you select. This is the appropriate option if you believe your gambling has become, or risks becoming, a serious problem.

crickez offers the following self-exclusion durations:

  • 6 months — minimum self-exclusion period
  • 1 year
  • 3 years
  • 5 years
  • Permanent (indefinite) — no possibility of reinstatement

Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed before the chosen period has elapsed. After the exclusion period expires, reinstatement is not automatic — you must make a deliberate written request to safety@crickez, after which a mandatory 7-day reflection period applies before access is restored. Permanent exclusions are irreversible under any circumstance.

How to request self-exclusion:
