These Terms & Conditions govern your use of crickez and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and the platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the crickez website and any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of crickez, including visitors who browse without a registered account, registered members who hold an active account, and any party acting on behalf of a registered member. crickez reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any amendment will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
These Terms & Conditions are written in English and governed accordingly. Any translation provided for convenience does not carry legal weight. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version prevails.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Use of crickez is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they hold an active account:
- You must be 18 years of age or older. crickez operates a strict 18+ policy and will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit funds, or participate in any wagering activity on the Platform.
- You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of crickez is lawful in your jurisdiction.
- You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by crickez or any third-party responsible gaming authority.
- You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any other person or entity.
- You must not have had a previous crickez account closed or suspended due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Account Registration & Verification
Each individual may hold only one registered account on crickez. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, contact the support team at support@crickez immediately.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times. crickez reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any stage to verify the accuracy of the information provided.
Prior to processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to complete a one-time KYC verification process. Documents typically requested include:
- A government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
- Proof of residential address dated within the past 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash account registered to your name)
crickez is committed to processing KYC submissions promptly. Standard review time is 24–72 hours from receipt of complete documentation. You are responsible for ensuring that submitted documents are clear, unaltered, and valid. Submission of fraudulent or manipulated documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may be referred to the relevant authorities.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
crickez supports a range of local and international payment methods designed to serve players across all eight divisions of Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol unless otherwise stated.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. crickez reserves the right to reverse deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect account holders. In circumstances where the original method is unavailable, the support team will communicate the available alternatives.
Processing times stated above are estimates under normal operating conditions. During periods of high transaction volume or when additional verification is required, processing times may be extended. crickez is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile financial service providers, or banking institutions.
Bonuses & Promotions
crickez offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms prevail.
The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual offer terms:
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on each bonus offer page. Unless specified otherwise, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
- Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games typically contribute 10%; sports betting contributes 100% on settled single bets with odds of 1.5 or greater. Specific contribution rates are listed on each offer page.
- Validity Period: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the offer. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
- Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active, the maximum single wager permitted is ৳500 or 10% of the remaining bonus balance, whichever is lower. Bets placed in excess of this limit may result in bonus cancellation and voiding of related winnings.
- One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. You must complete or forfeit an existing bonus before claiming a new one.
- No Abuse: Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play. Use of automated betting strategies, arbitrage, or coordinated play designed to exploit bonus offers will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
crickez reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already claimed and in active use. Welcome bonuses are available to new members only and may be claimed once per household, device, and IP address.
Gameplay Rules & Fair Use
crickez provides access to games and betting markets supplied by third-party software providers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each individual game are determined by the respective game provider and are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.
All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games on crickez — including slot games, virtual sports, and crash games — utilise certified RNG systems supplied and maintained by the respective game providers. crickez does not alter or interfere with game outcomes. Live casino games are streamed from regulated studio environments operated by the respective providers and are subject to their own internal controls and auditing.
In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or any other technical interruption during a game session, the following rules apply:
- If a game round was initiated and a bet was placed before the interruption occurred, the round will be resolved according to the game provider's server-side records. The outcome determined by the server is final.
- If a technical fault prevents a game round from being completed, crickez will attempt to cancel the round and return the wagered amount to your account balance. This process may take up to 72 hours to complete.
- crickez is not liable for losses incurred due to poor internet connectivity, device failure, or third-party service interruptions outside of crickez's direct control.
For sports betting, all markets are subject to settlement rules published on the relevant betting page. crickez reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by a manifest error or technical glitch. In such cases, the wagered stake will be returned to your account balance.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on crickez. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the appropriate legal authorities:
- Registering more than one account on the Platform
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
- Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age
- Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using crickez for the purposes of money laundering
- Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or loopholes in the Platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage
- Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with any part of the Platform without express written permission from crickez
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
- Engaging in match-fixing or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on crickez
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing members of the crickez support team or other users of the Platform
- Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation
- Selling, transferring, or purchasing crickez accounts or account balances
Account Suspension & Closure
crickez reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or where continued operation of the account would present a regulatory or legal risk to crickez.
Where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach, crickez will conduct an internal investigation. The outcome of the investigation will determine whether the account is reinstated, permanently closed, and/or whether any balance is forfeited. Members who believe their account has been suspended in error may contact the support team at support@crickez to request a review.
Members may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course, provided that KYC verification is complete and no active investigations are ongoing. Account closure does not affect any obligations that have accrued prior to the date of closure.
For responsible gaming self-exclusion requests, members should contact safety@crickez. Self-exclusion is a separate process from account closure and is subject to the terms described in our Responsible Gaming policy. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.
